Terms of Service

Every fragrance we sell is sourced from authorised distributors. If at any point you suspect a product is not authentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund and a free authentication report.

Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) for local payments and US Dollars for international payments. Stock levels are updated in real time but in the rare event of an overlap, we will refund or substitute (with your approval) and notify you immediately.

We accept Paystack (Mobile Money, local cards), international cards via Stripe, and Pay-on-Delivery for Greater Accra orders. Paystack and Stripe are PCI-DSS compliant — we never see your card details.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Always patch-test fragrance on skin before extended wear. If you have a known allergy, contact us before ordering.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra.
