We stand behind every fragrance we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

7-Day Return Window

You may return any unopened, sealed fragrance within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund (less the original delivery fee). Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order code and reason for return.
  2. We will arrange pickup at the original delivery address (Accra) or send you the drop-off address (other regions).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong fragrance, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or sprayed bottles
  • Gift sets with broken seals
  • Sample / travel sizes under 5ml
