Shipping Information

• Greater Accra — GH₵30 standard, GH₵50 express (same-day where ordered before 1pm)
• Ashanti, Central, Eastern, Western, Volta — GH₵60 (2–3 business days)
• Northern regions — GH₵90 (3–5 business days)

Orders placed before 1pm GMT are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Every order receives a unique code (e.g. PE-20260520-XXXX). Use the Track Your Order page with your phone number to see real-time status.

If you are unreachable at the delivery address, we will attempt re-delivery once at no additional cost. Repeated failures may incur a re-dispatch fee equal to the original delivery cost.
